How We Work
Mandate Verification
All buyers and sellers are verified before any offer is shared. We work exclusively with direct principals and authorized mandates — no daisy chains.
Offer & Procedure
A formal FCO or SCO is issued. Proof of product and proof of funds are exchanged in a defined sequence, with clear responsibilities on both sides.
Due Diligence
Full KYC and compliance review. Third-party inspection, assay reports, and legal review are coordinated as required by the transaction type.
Execution & Close
Contracts are signed, instruments issued, and delivery confirmed. We remain engaged through to final settlement and commission disbursement.
